Expenses of Kiteboarding Empty Expenses of Kiteboarding

Post by ChantalB Thu Jul 07, 2011 11:43 am

Hi everyone...I'm really interested in getting started in kiteboarding. I was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to get set up with gear and how much I would need to spend on lessons before I am self-sufficient...

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Chantal Very Happy

Hey Chantal, welcome to the kiting world! If you drop me an email at mike@darksidekites.ca I can help you with t
Your gear questions. I'm a dealer for Slingshot Kites & NPX Wetsuits and we have pretty unbeatable beginner deals. I can also help advise you on second hand gear and make sure you aren't wasting money.

Cheers,

Mike

Hi Chantal. I have a 'like brand new' Ocean Rodeo Session harness, size small for sale. $100. I also have a board- Litewave 145. It may too big for you, but feel free to get some advice from everyone on that.
Hope to see you around. Bring on the wind!!
Jeff.
