A wee tutorial on how to embed videos...

1. Just above you will see a little 'Flash' button (white page with an f on it of undetermined colour) - click that

2. Enter the dimensions desired - Something around 450w x 360h works well without bogging the page

3. Enter the URL from the video you want to embed. NOTE: You may have to source this from the origional embed code associated from the video, you want the entire URL listed in quotations in the source code from http:// to _title=1 if applicable.
