Re: Big Wednesday
Here's one forecast I read for Moncton and area today...
Periods of rain. Amount 10 mm. Wind north 40 km/h gusting to 60 becoming northwest 50 gusting to 80 except gusting to 100 along the Strait this afternoon. Temperature steady near 7.
With winds like that you may not need a kite... just hang your lines out there

Panzies! Sold my 5m so all I have is my 7. Maybe too much, and too gusty anyway. We'll see.

Re: Big Wednesday
Maybe put a Sobey's bag or 2 at the end of your lines and you should be good to go

Re: Big Wednesday
If you launch in 100km gust chances are you'll be pushin up the panzies
But if you do go I'd rig the sobey's bag like Marcel suggested

Re: Big Wednesday
Thanks for all of your suggestions... I really couldn't have made any decisions without your comments on on my post....
After pumping up my 21m light wind cruizer, I had a lovely flight from Petit-Cote to Cap-Pele. What a lovely day at the beach
