s-w spots
since the cap the cocagne warf is all dredged up, and were looking for a spot to play in south west winds, why not here? never checked the spot for kiting, but las I remember there is a decent beach here... and for safety wise, your pretty well justt playing in a big pool, almost enclosed.... just wondering if anyone thought or ever tried it there?

I don't think that would be a good location for kiting, it's actualy where I am launching my catamaran and the beach is somewhat crowded. At low tide it might be doable, but there are still enough families/kids around even rigging my mast I had to ask a few people if they didn't mind moving.
The other thing is that the launching area would have squirly winds, once you get out it might be allright but I launched there before in the winter and the wind was terrible.
