Heading to Daves for a DW to Pte du Chene. Probably land there around 4-5 if any one wants to ride Parlee.

Well I'm feeling a bit better now as I realized that I read the maui forecast and its not realy as spectacular as I initially thought

Well, we did it. Daves to Parlee. It sucked. Wind went light - sub 10 kts at times. Have to say though, I'm really impressed with the RPM. No other kite I've flown would've made it. It was hard to keep the board above water through most of it, but my 12 never faltered. No stalls, surprisingly quick and consistent turning for a 12; let alone a 12 in less than 12 kts or so. Not once was it sluggish or unresponsive as you'd think. I think if I'd been on a something better than my custom & boots, I couldve handled it without issue. Obviously not upwind though.

Oh yeah, dropped the kite twice - once my fault and one absolute lull, when it came down in the lull, I was sure I'd be swimming, but both times it relaunched with minimal effort in a minute or two.
