I can't take it anymore! It's been a month since I put up a kite.

I'm driving up from Halifax to try snowkiting in Aulac tomorrow. It could be pretty sick! Or it could suck, but if it does I'm going snowboarding at Wentworth. So what the hell, eh.

If anyone cares to join me I should get there by 11:00 o' clock. My cel. 483- 4929.

I think it's going to be crazy windy, bring the small kites! I'm probably going to go for a rip on the Shediac bay i got some stuff i should do so can't really do a full day of kiting, plus classes in the evening

It was pretty sick. Mike and I tried Aulac's Fort Bouse ... but the wind direction (NE) was no good. NW or W would be good.

So we drove @ 2km up the highway to the 'Welcome to N.S.' visitor center and it was much better. This spot works in NW, N, NE. It's a big grassy field with a gentle slope and it's wide open. There's knee deep snow everywhere but it's sticky which took a bit of getting used too. Not the same as landing jumps on water, that's for sure. Landing without enough forward momentum = face plant!

It was fun and a damn good workout. I'd do it again.
